Your Job:

• Greet and serve regular guests by name, providing personalized service.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of food, beverages, and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience is desirable.
