Cornish Bakery is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager who can inspire shifts, coach colleagues and uphold the brand’s High End Bakery standards while delivering standout service to every customer.

You will lead by example, manage operations, support training, and help grow sales and KPI performance, all while maintaining food quality, safety, and community engagement.

Qualificações

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service or customer-facing environments.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales and KPI targets.

We are looking for an individual with passion to be our next Assistant Bakery Manager with leadership experience in food service and customer‑facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. A motivated and adaptable leader who excels at coaching staff, improving performance, and creating positive customer experiences.

You’ll nourish your team by coaching, supporting and developing colleagues to reach their full potential, creating an environment where everyone can thrive. You’ll be committed to raising the bar, continually looking for ways to improve performance, quality and the customer experience. With a fighting spirit, you’ll remain positive and resilient under pressure, overcoming challenges with a solutions‑focused approach. As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you will:

• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead by example
