The Cornish Bakery is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to inspire colleagues, coach staff, and deliver industry-leading customer service in a community-focused setting. • Leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales and KPI targets

• Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead by example

We are looking for an individual with passion to be our next Assistant Bakery Manager with leadership experience in food service and customer-facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
