Cornish Bakery is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in the UK to lead shifts, coach staff and uphold our high standards of guest service and food quality.

You will inspire a team, drive KPI performance, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering the World’s Best Coffee and award-winning food.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales and KPI targets.
• Strong commitment to food quality, safety and operational standards.
• Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead by example.

We are looking for an individual with passion to be our next Assistant Bakery Manager with leadership experience in food service and customer-facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. A motivated and adaptable leader who excels at coaching staff, improving performance, and creating positive customer experiences.

As an Assistant Bakery Manager, you will:
