Cornish Bakery is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in the United Kingdom to lead daily shifts, coach staff, and ensure world-class customer service. You will drive sales while maintaining top-tier food quality and safety standards, coaching teams to meet KPI targets and embody our brand values.

The role focuses on developing a high-performing team, delivering consistent service, and fostering a welcoming bakery atmosphere that serves the local community with pride.
