Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to oversee shifts, coach colleagues and ensure warm, outstanding service for every customer. You’ll help maintain quality, food safety and a smooth daily bakery operation while inspiring your team to perform at their best.

With full training provided, you will champion our values and keep the bakery running efficiently, delivering excellent coffee and award-winning food with pride and consistency.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail

Are you passionate about great food, exceptional coffee and bringing out the best in others? We’re looking for a Team Leader to help create brilliant bakery experiences for our customers and support our team to thrive.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service
