Job summary

BTG Eddisons in Scotland seeks an experienced valuation professional to join our Asset Advisory Team. You will work across diverse sectors, inspecting assets and conducting valuations for insolvency-related work, while building a long-term career in asset valuation and disposal.

You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, prepare valuation and marketing reports, and contribute to the sale of businesses and assets across Scotland. A self-motivated, detail‑oriented individual is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant, machinery and business asset valuation.
• Ability to conduct site inspections across Scotland.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of casework.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and asset surveys across Scotland.
• Prepare valuation, appraisal and marketing reports.
• Research costs and analyse comparable evidence and sales data.
• Assist with the sale of businesses, plant, machinery and other assets.
