Job summary

BTG Eddisons is seeking an MRICS qualified Valuer with at least two years post‑qualification experience to handle loan security valuations for a broad range of commercial and residential sectors.

You will prepare valuations and strategic advice for diverse clients while actively supporting the development of junior team members and delivering instruction with a degree of independence.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status are essential.
• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail required.
• Post-qualification experience of at least 2 years in valuations.

Responsibilities

• Work on a mix of valuations for loan security across commercial and residential sectors.
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice for a wide variety of clients.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.
• Execute instructions with minimal supervision.
