Responsibilities

• Loan Security: Offering lenders comprehensive, independent reports on market and rental values of properties, development schemes or entire portfolios.
• Alternative Valuations: Conducting valuations for financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation.
• Company Accounts Valuation: Providing clients with detailed, accurate reports on the value of their property assets.
• Fund Valuation: Supplying asset management companies and investment trusts with essential data on their property holdings.
