Job summary

BTG Eddisons in the UK seeks a motivated Valuation Surveyor to work on valuations primarily for loan security across commercial and residential sectors. You will prepare valuations and strategic advice for a wide range of clients and support junior team members.

MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer with at least two years post-qualification is required. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential; Kel and Argus experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer with at least two years post-qualification
• Valuation experience in commercial and/or residential sectors
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Kel/Argus experience preferred but training available

What we're looking for

• MRICS Qualified
• Registered Valuer
• A minimum of two years post professional qualification
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience
• Competent in Excel and Word
• Ideally Kel and Argus competent, but training available
