Job summary

LGPS Central is seeking an Asset Transitions Associate to support the planning, governance, reporting and coordination of fund launches and asset transition activity. The role ensures structured, consistent processes with RAID and action trackers, while delivering timely dashboards and governance packs.

You will collaborate with the transition team and stakeholders to drive successful transitions, maintaining quality inputs and contributing to tool improvements in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience working in a PMO, project coordination, or project support role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good understanding of governance, RAID management and reporting cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies and time-critical activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools like MS Project.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of fund launches and asset transition activity.
• Maintain transition plans, schedules, milestone trackers and dependency logs.
• Manage RAID logs and action trackers with clear ownership, dates and status.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, dashboards and reports for governance meetings.
• Coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes and action follow-through.
• Support readiness tracking across internal, client and third-party activities.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets and delivery criteria.
• Collate inputs from internal teams and external providers with quality checks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, templates and practices.
