Job summary

LGPS Central (LGPSC) Ltd is seeking an Asset Transitions Associate to support planning, governance, reporting and coordination of fund launches and asset transition activity. The post holder will work collaboratively with the wider transition team and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high standards of governance documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a PMO, project coordination or support role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good understanding of governance, RAID management and reporting cycles.
• Experience with asset transitions, fund launches or operational readiness in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of fund launches and asset transition.
• Maintain transition plans, schedules, milestone trackers and dependency logs.
• Manage RAID logs and action trackers with clear ownership and escalation.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for transition and governance meetings.
• Coordinate meetings: scheduling, agendas, minutes and follow‑ups.
• Support readiness tracking across internal, client and third‑party activities.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, dependencies and criteria.
• Collate inputs from internal teams and external providers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and templates.
