Job summary

Housing Quality Network is seeking a capable and confident Senior Project Surveyor to lead our team of project surveyors, delivering planned work programmes and property projects.

You will mobilise and manage contracts, ensure that all statutory and health and safety requirements are met, and provide robust financial forecasts and controls to support delivery.

You’ll recruit, support, and motivate your surveyors, holding regular one-to-ones and helping the wider Surveying Services Team to succeed.

Job description

We’re looking for a capable and confident Senior Project Surveyor to lead our team of project surveyors, delivering planned work programmes and property projects. Applying excellent contract management, you will make sure that work is to a high standard and with outstanding resident satisfaction.

You’ll be the go-to person for technical expertise, working closely with colleagues across Asset Management to resolve complex property maintenance issues. You’ll mobilise and manage contracts and ensure that all statutory and health and safety requirements are met, Financial management is key, and you will that robust controls are in place, providing forecasts on a regular basis.

You will also recruit, support, and motivate your surveyors, holding regular one-to-ones and ensuring they have what they need to succeed. You’ll also be expected to support the wider Surveying Services Team.
