Job summary

BrewDog PLC is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to build and own the physical asset sourcing pipeline across the UK. The role focuses on identifying high-quality locations that strengthen the BrewDog retail estate and deliver strong EBITDA over time.

You will work with agents, landlords, developers and investors to gain early access to opportunities, while coordinating with Legal and Franchise teams to secure compliant deals. Travel across markets is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant commercial property, investment or development training would be beneficial.
• Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Property, Surveying, Business or related discipline; MRICS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a live acquisition pipeline across multiple markets with clear next actions.
• Identify and qualify physical assets to strengthen the BrewDog estate.
• Assess sites for location, catchment, frontage, size, layout and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Legal, Franchise, Retail and Finance to evaluate EBITDA potential and investment viability.
• Maintain pipeline reporting and track EBITDA contribution of opportunities.
• Travel to target locations and build external relationships with agents, landlords and developers.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed at all times.
