BrewDog PLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a safe, compliant, and welcoming estate across BrewDog bars and the Ellon brewery. The role consolidates facilities management for the brewing bars and the brewery, with HSEQ oversight for BrewDog locations, ensuring standards and risk management are in place for operation across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, compliant, reliable and welcoming estate across BrewDog bars and the brewery.
• Set clear standards, anticipate risk and make practical, commercially sound decisions about what BrewDog can deliver in-house and where specialist support is required.
• Provide HSEQ oversight for Brewdog bars and oversee facilities for the Ellon brewery and London-based bars.
