Pinnacle Group are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Homes Team, supporting housing management services across affordable properties in the South East. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel and a full UK driving licence is essential.
You will work with Property Managers, residents and contractors to deliver excellent service, maintain records and support day-to-day operations across portfolios.

This is a customer-focused role that will support multiple Property Managers in ensuring residents receive an excellent service, properties are well maintained, and clients' requirements are consistently met. Working closely with residents, Property Managers, clients and contractors, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day housing management activities while helping to create thriving communities and a positive customer experience.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within housing, residential lettings, customer service or the wider property sector and be looking to develop their career within housing management. They will be an organised and proactive individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and as part of a wider team, with strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering high standards across their portfolio.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. This is a predominantly remote, home-based role, with occasional travel required across the South East region.
