Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing an engineering or maintenance team.
• Mechanical, electrical or relevant technical engineering background.
• Experience in project management, maintenance planning and continuous improvement.
• Strong health & safety and engineering compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset care and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Lead engineering maintenance, equipment installation and production line improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, engineering and quality standards.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, capital expenditure and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement, equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, MTTF, MTTR) using data to improve performance.
• Lead, develop and coach the engineering and maintenance team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders and contractors to deliver objectives.
