Job summary

Ocean Housing Group is seeking a proacive Property Services Co-ordinator (Assets) in St Austell to support asset management across our housing portfolio. You’ll conduct surveys, manage projects, and maintain data to drive safe, sustainable homes.

You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure high standards, customer-focused service, and continuous improvement in energy and asset strategies. Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028, 37 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Essential: A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• Essential: HNC in Building Construction or equivalent.
• Essential: Significant experience in asset management activities.
• Essential: Experience carrying out property and stock condition surveys.
• Essential: Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Essential: Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Essential: Methodical with strong attention to detail.
• Essential: Ability to travel across locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and undertake a variety of property and asset management activities.
• Carry out stock condition surveys and inspections to inform asset investment decisions.
• Assess completed works to ensure quality standards.
• Manage applications for tenant improvements and disabled adaptations.
• Maintain asset management records and property data.
• Undertake energy assessments and support energy efficiency initiatives.
• Liaise with contractors, authorities, colleagues and customers to ensure service delivery.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring performance and identifying opportunities.
