Job summary

Lorien is seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to support strategic management and optimisation of a large property portfolio. You will identify opportunities to improve asset performance, deliver portfolio reviews, support investment decisions, and engage with senior stakeholders to maximise value across the estate.

The role requires MRICS qualification and a track record in asset management within large estates, with hybrid working to three days in the office near Hounslow.

• Proven experience in Property Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of property portfolio optimisation and asset life cycle management.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to analyse financial, commercial, and property performance data.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working within large or complex property estates.
• MRICS qualification.
