Job summary

Stark Group is seeking an Asset Optimisation Manager to join the Infrastructure – Assets team in a hybrid role, overseeing commercial performance across a growing portfolio of infrastructure assets including EV charging and net‑zero technologies.

You will lead a team of Asset Analysts, drive data quality, revenue recovery and regulatory compliance, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance asset value and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, analytical, asset management, revenue assurance or performance management environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to improve revenue, profitability and asset value.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with large datasets.
• Experience leading a team and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial performance and maximise revenue and asset value.
• Monitor profitability, utilisation, revenue recovery and trends, taking action as needed.
• Lead initiatives to improve asset returns, operating performance and customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve financial performance.
• Provide clear, commercially focused recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead revenue assurance activities and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Ensure high‑quality asset data for regulatory reporting and audits.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement across asset management activities.
• Coach and develop Asset Analysts and build team capabilities.
• Create meaningful asset performance reporting for senior leadership.
