Job summary

Stark Group in Horley currently seeks an Asset Analyst to join the Asset Adoption & Operations team. The role focuses on ensuring asset data is accurate, up to date, and usable across our systems, while supporting colleagues and customers with queries.

You’ll receive full training, work on network and EV charging assets, and help maintain data integrity as our portfolio grows. The position is full-time, on-site, with clear progression opportunities within Stark's expanding asset management

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset information across systems.
• Update networks and meter points for billing after installations.
• Ensure live charge points are available and revenue is optimized.
• Provide front-line support across the network and respond to queries.
• Contribute to KPI reporting for senior management.
• Assist with process improvements and training.
