Job summary

Stark is seeking an Asset Optimisation Manager to maximise the commercial performance of its growing portfolio of infrastructure, EV charging and net-zero assets. You will lead a team of Asset Analysts and translate data into actionable business decisions that improve asset utilisation and revenue across Stark Infra, Charge and Zero portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, analytical, asset management or revenue assurance.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Own commercial performance and maximise asset value.
• Monitor profitability, utilization and revenue trends.
• Lead asset optimisation initiatives and governance.
• Provide commercially focused recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and coach Asset Analysts to build capability.
