Job summary

Baringa seeks a Manager with hands‑on OT experience to join the Asset Management practice. You will work with energy, utilities and infrastructure clients to design OT landscapes, integrate OT with EAM/ERP systems and drive condition‑based maintenance using data and analytics.

You will lead client workshops, own deliverables, and contribute to proposals while advancing the OT and asset operations propositions within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• OT technologies such as SCADA, DCS, PLC/RTU and data historians (e.g. AVEVA PI).
• Understanding of OPC UA, Modbus and DNP3 and Purdue network models.
• Familiar with EAM/CMMS like IBM Maximo and ERP analytics integration.
• Interest in asset management, maintenance reliability and ISO 55000 is helpful.
• Experience delivering change or improvement projects and owning deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver asset management and operational improvement programmes for asset‑intensive clients.
• Assess OT estates (SCADA, DCS, PLC/RTU, telemetry, historians) and develop roadmaps.
• Design integrations between OT and EAM/CMMS / ERP platforms for data‑driven maintenance.
• Contribute to OT resilience work and governance documentation.
• Explore AI, IIoT and digital twins to improve asset performance and safety.
• Handover OT data from capital projects to operations and ensure go‑live with trusted data.
• Own analysis pieces, run workshops, and build client relationships.
• Support proposals and grow OT and asset operations propositions.
