Job summary

Baringa is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Transition, Assets and Infrastructure practice in London. You'll lead asset management transformations for energy, utilities and infrastructure clients, deliver risk/condition based maintenance strategies and shape EAM/CMMS implementations including IBM Maximo.

You'll manage client relationships, own scope and margins, coach teams and help grow the practice. Hybrid working and generous wellbeing benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or asset-intensive operations across energy, utilities, manufacturing or similar sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS platforms (IBM Maximo) including configuration or ownership.
• Ability to bridge IT and OT, integrate asset systems with ERP/SCADA and data historians.
• Experience delivering consulting-led transformations in complex programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Desirable knowledge of AI solutions in asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of asset management transformations across asset-intensive clients.
• Drive risk/condition-based and predictive maintenance improvements across asset lifecycles.
• Guide EAM/CMMS platform optimization and data migrations.
• Define end-to-end IT/OT governance and change control for critical asset systems.
• Shape digital/AI landscape for asset optimization and client engagements.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ownership of scope, risk and margins.
• Coach teams and grow the asset management practice.
