This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with technical or construction skills, such as a quantity or building surveyor, someone from a trade background, or an existing housing property officer who wants to make a genuine difference and be part of a supportive and ambitious team. You will help us ensure that the 1,500 homes we provide across Inverclyde are a strong basis for our customers to thrive.
The Property Services team delivers a broad range of services, including reactive repairs, void management, landscape maintenance, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, compliance activities and asset management. We also provide a factoring service to around 300 owner occupiers across Inverclyde. We have recently undergone a significant amount of change, including the introduction of new software and a new Director, and are now looking to consolidate this progress while continuing to drive improvement in everything we do.
