As we continue to invest in our homes, strengthen our Asset and Compliance service and enhance the experience we provide to customers, we're creating a number of new roles within the directorate, including our new Asset and Customer Officer position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about both property services and customer experience. Sitting at the heart of our Asset and Compliance team, you'll help ensure our customers receive a responsive, high-quality service while supporting the delivery of investment, compliance, maintenance and improvement activity across our homes.
You’ll be the link between customers, colleagues and contractors, ensuring customers are informed, supported and listened to throughout their journey with us.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things right for customers and is confident balancing day-to-day service delivery with longer-term improvement activity. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across asset management, compliance, investment and customer engagement, while playing a practical role in helping us deliver safe, well-maintained and sustainable homes.
