Qualifications

• Extensive water network experience or proven capability in a related field.
• Hands-on project delivery knowledge.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, asset management principles, capital investment and financial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Optimise Water Network Performance using bottom-up analysis, DOMS, and hydraulic modelling.
• Lead Risk & Investment Planning to identify service and regulatory risks and champion investments.
• Support rapid issue resolution and capital works promotion.
