Qualifications

• Proven experience in asset management within property, estates or facilities
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with capability to use asset management or CAFM systems
• Ability to prepare clear, well-structured reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Understanding of planned preventative maintenance and statutory compliance requirements
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Able to work from Guildford location

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the asset register with accurate, up-to-date data
• Coordinate condition surveys and analyse results to identify maintenance priorities
• Prepare and update lifecycle plans and long-term maintenance/investment forecasts
• Support planning and prioritisation of planned and reactive maintenance
• Produce reports and recommendations on asset condition, risk and performance for senior stakeholders
• Support budget setting and business cases for capital and revenue works
• Collaborate with estates, facilities, projects and finance teams to align asset planning with delivery
• Track statutory compliance and asset-related risks and escalate issues as needed
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of asset management systems, data standards
