Goodman Masson are currently working with a Surrey social housing organisation to recruit an interim Asset Support Officer on a 6-9 month maternity cover contract. The role focuses on asset management administration, housing data handling and planned maintenance to support stock management and investment works.

You will work with the Asset Management team to ensure accurate records and timely project delivery.

Competenze

• Experience in asset management administration within housing or property services.
• Proficient in managing housing data and stock condition information.
• Familiar with planned maintenance programmes and reporting.
• Experience raising works orders and coordinating with contractors.
• Strong IT skills and experience with asset management systems.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update the asset management database with accurate records.
• Support input and validation of stock condition data and compliance records.
• Collate planned maintenance information and coordinate with programmes.
• Maintain property records for acquisitions, disposals and Right to Buy records.
• Produce reports to support investment planning and programme delivery.
• Provide admin support for planned maintenance and procurement activities.
• Raise and process works orders using NEC/Northgate Planned Module and manage payments.
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors and residents on project queries.
• Attend contract meetings, prepare minutes and track actions.
