AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking experienced asset management leaders to transform asset-intensive organisations and guide major infrastructure clients across the UK. You will shape lifecycle planning, governance and operational improvement, while building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strategic insight, practical delivery experience, and willingness to travel across the UK to support clients and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within an asset-intensive organisation.
• Experience implementing asset management systems, governance and ways of working.
• Background in operational improvement or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience engaging executive leaders, operational teams, suppliers and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead asset management transformation and improvement programmes.
• Advise on asset operations, maintenance and lifecycle planning.
• Develop asset management frameworks, governance and assurance arrangements.
• Improve maintenance planning, performance management and decision-making processes.
• Support operational readiness, asset stewardship and organisational capability development.
• Provide strategic advice to asset owners, operators and maintainers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and build strong client relationships.
• Support business development, work winning and strategic client growth.
• Mentor and develop colleagues across the asset management practice.
