Job summary

Ss&C Technologies Holdings in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Director, Asset Servicing and Fund Accounting to lead strategy, governance and performance across the investment lifecycle, ensuring accurate, scalable and compliant services for clients.

You will drive a multi-year transformation program, leverage AI and workflow automation, and partner with Technology, Finance and Risk to deliver measurable efficiencies while maintaining regulatory excellence and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within Asset Servicing, Fund Administration or Fund Accounting environments.
• Deep understanding of fund accounting, NAV production, valuation controls and governance.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation, automation and operational excellence programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Asset Servicing and Fund Accounting functions.
• Define and execute a multi-year operational strategy focused on transformation and automation.
• Lead change initiatives and shape operating models for growth and compliance.
• Sponsor and oversee fund launches, restructures, migrations and complex events.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Finance, Risk and Change teams to deliver objectives.
