• Significant leadership experience within asset-intensive organisations.
• Practical experience implementing asset management governance and ways of working.
• Background in operational improvement or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, operations and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management transformation and improvement programmes.
• Advise on asset operations, maintenance and lifecycle planning.
• Develop asset management frameworks, governance and assurance arrangements.
• Improve maintenance planning, performance management and decision-making processes.
• Support operational readiness, asset stewardship and organisational capability development.
• Provide strategic advice to asset owners, operators and maintainers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and build client relationships.
• Support business development and strategic client growth.
• Mentor and develop colleagues across the asset management practice.
