Job summary

National Grid in Warwick is seeking an Asset Management Performance & Compliance Manager, based at the Warwick office with hybrid working. You will drive performance, capability and organisational effectiveness across the Asset Management function.

You will collaborate with the Director and Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic oversight, governance and actionable insights, enabling informed decisions and proactive workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Professional qualifications in Business Management, Project Management, CIPD, APM or similar are advantageous but not essential.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams with performance management, governance and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage performance rhythm for the Asset Management leadership team.
• Own the monthly Asset Management Performance Pack with operational, financial, capability and risk insights.
• Support governance, decision‑making, action tracking and strategic delivery for the Director and SLT.
• Develop and maintain the department's capability framework and identify future training needs.
• Build relationships across Finance, HR, Communications, Regulation, Digital and operations for collaboration.
