Job summary

Harmony Energy, a leading owner-operator of utility-scale battery energy storage systems, is seeking an Asset Manager / Senior Asset Manager (Technical) to own portfolio performance and technical analysis across the fleet. The role is based in London with hybrid working options, collaborating with O&M, data teams, and European partners.

You will lead complex fault investigations, warranty and availability claims, and contribute to safety, compliance, and governance across markets, enhancing

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, performance engineering or O&M for utility-scale assets, including BESS.
• Ability to interpret operational data and communicate to commercial/board-level audiences.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in electrical/electronic/power systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own performance measurement and availability calculations across the fleet.
• Lead technical analysis for faults, degradation, and warranty positions.
• Support OT and OEM contract/claims interfaces with data-backed governance.
• Develop group technical standards and data platform roadmaps across markets.
• Provide independent technical review and safety/compliance input.
