Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, ideally asset management.
• Ability to influence and engage fund boards and executives.
• Excellent presentation, report-writing and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive a robust governance framework for the HAMF UK funds and boards.
• Lead governance and audit action tracking, with timely remediation.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
• Oversee third-party suppliers, ensuring performance and due diligence.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality and resilience.
• Deliver high-quality board and management reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support HAMF's strategic execution and scalable operating models.
• Champion client protection and operational simplification.
