Job summary

HSBC in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HAMF Governance & Oversight Manager to strengthen governance of UK domiciled funds and oversee third-party service providers. The role reports to HAMF's CEO and collaborates with senior leadership to deliver growth and operational excellence.

You will lead governance committees, oversee risk and remediation activities, and provide clear updates to the Board.

Qualifications

Experience in financial services governance and asset management.
Proven track record overseeing third-party service providers and ensuring contractual compliance.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive a robust governance framework and ensure key committees function effectively.
Lead governance and audit action tracking with timely remediation.
Build relationships with Distribution and Investment Management teams as a trusted partner.
Oversee third-party service providers with performance management and due diligence.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs for service resilience.
Prepare high-quality Board and management reporting for senior leadership.
