Job summary

Proactive Global at Heathrow Airport, London, is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to own and drive the Asset Management System in a major airport setting. You will govern asset performance, risk management and lifecycle decisions aligned with ISO 55000 principles and contractual objectives.

The role focuses on developing strategies, roadmaps and data-driven initiatives to improve reliability, asset value and cost efficiency across a complex operational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Asset Management or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 55000 / 55001 and IAM principles.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Asset Management Systems.
• Experience with asset management maturity assessments and improvement programmes.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical asset management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop end-to-end Asset Management System in line with ISO 55000/IAM.
• Lead asset management maturity assessments and continuous improvements.
• Develop and govern Asset Management Roadmap and Strategic Asset Management Plan.
• Create Asset Management Plans and System Strategies aligned to business goals.
• Develop KPIs, risk-based maintenance and lifecycle investment planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Projects and Supply Chain.
