Job summary

Transport for London is seeking an Operational Compliance Support Manager to enhance asset data quality and reporting across BE assets. You will work with Maximo and other repositories to improve data completeness and enable informed decision making.

You will produce weekly dashboards for Safety, Operations and Performance, and support the BE team with data-driven analytics to drive improvements in asset data and risk management. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Asset Management Systems (Maximo) and TfL standards.
• Experience with data analysis, large datasets and BI tools.
• Ability to produce reports, dashboards and engage stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assure completeness and correctness of BE data in Asset Management System and data repositories.
• Undertake internal asset data and data quality audits.
• Produce information, weekly reports and dashboards aligned to Safety, Operations and Performance.
• Interpret asset data to support Compliance Plans and reporting.
• Support risk registers and capture mitigations with SMEs.
• Identify asset records/drawings requiring amendments and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review asset handovers ensuring compliance with industry best practice.
• Create automated workflows to enable reporting and data quality audits.
• Contribute to capital delivery pipeline by data-driven insights.
