Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Contract Support Manager to oversee operational administration, CAFM (IBM Maximo) and reporting across multiple sites. You will lead centralised support teams, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate management information to support service delivery.

You will drive statutory and contractual compliance, audit readiness, and asset data integrity within Maximo, while coordinating maintenance schedules, governance and sustainability reporting across England.

Qualifications

• Experience with facilities management and leading a helpdesk or support team.
• Strong knowledge of planned maintenance, statutory compliance and SFG20 standards.
• Experience using CAFM systems such as IBM Maximo.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills with SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes and compliance activities.
• Maintain Maximo asset records and update plans per legislation.
• Oversee asset lifecycle and Forward Maintenance Register processes.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and data integrity within Maximo.
• Lead the account-based helpdesk for reporting breakdowns and issue resolution.
• Produce MI and dashboards using SQL, Excel and Power BI.
