Job summary

Transport for London is seeking a Built Environment Asset Support Manager to provide technical support within APD Built Environment, ensuring assets meet safety, reliability and performance standards. You will interpret complex data, develop risk mitigations, and assist senior management with evidence for audits and funding decisions.

The role requires collaboration across the Asset Management Team and delivery of compliant technical documentation, with a hybrid working arrangement between

Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Civil/Structural/Construction or Building Surveying.
• <br/>Knowledge of TfL Standards/Procedures/Industry Best Practice.
• Experience implementing asset management procedures (Desirable).
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse technical information to support the Asset Management Team.
• Implement asset risk mitigations for maintenance optimisation.
• Support Safety Improvement Plan and annual audits.
• Produce Local Risk Register and record mitigations including Work Orders and Budgets.
• Identify and implement asset risk mitigations.
• Support business cases for funding and improvements.
