Job summary

TfL is seeking an Asset Data and Planning Analyst to ensure asset data integrity and effective use of AMIS systems across the London Trams network. You will manage asset data lifecycle, from creation through decommissioning, and support planning with detailed data loads into Ellipse/Maximo.

The role includes delivering AMIS training, producing weekly work packages, and coordinating with senior managers to align data with TfL standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Asset Planning Processes and reporting tools (FDM, BOXI, Axiom, Power BI).
• Experience with Asset Maintenance Systems (Ellipse/Maximo).
• Knowledge of asset data structures and TfL data change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMIS training for LT staff and ensure system control aligns with TfL standards.
• Schedule and manage weekly asset data plans and reporting.
• Coordinate daily failure meetings and load asset data into AM systems.
