Job summary

Clyde Valley Group is looking for an Asset and Customer Officer in Motherwell to help deliver safe, well-maintained and sustainable homes. You will bridge customers, colleagues and contractors, ensuring informed, supported journeys while contributing to planned works, compliance and investment activity.

We seek an enthusiastic, organised, customer-focused individual with experience in housing or related environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, customer services or property services is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate activity with customers, colleagues and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Support planned works, investment programmes, compliance activity and property improvements.
• Coordinate customer communications, appointments, access arrangements and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and customer updates to support service delivery.
• Undertake inspections and engagement to improve service delivery.
• Work with contractors and colleagues to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Use feedback and inspections to identify improvements and prevent repeats.
