Job summary

Clyde Valley Group is seeking an Asset and Customer Officer to join our Asset and Compliance directorate. You will help ensure customers receive a responsive, high-quality service while supporting investment, compliance, maintenance and improvement activity across our homes.

Sitting at the heart of the team, you will act as the link between customers, colleagues and contractors, coordinating communications, keeping records and driving improvements to deliver safe, well-maintained and sustainable

Qualifications

• Experience working in housing or related customer service environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Collaborative approach with customers, contractors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Support delivery of planned works, investment programmes, compliance activity and improvement projects.
• Coordinate customer communications, appointments, access arrangements and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and updates to support service delivery and performance monitoring.
• Undertake inspections, visits and customer engagement activities to improve service delivery.
• Work closely with contractors and colleagues to resolve issues and ensure positive outcomes.
• Use feedback, inspections and service information to identify improvements and prevent repeat problems.
• Support a proactive, customer-centred approach to access, communication and engagement around planned works.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, customer satisfaction and asset performance.
