Job summary

Clyde Valley Group is seeking an Asset and Customer Officer to join the Asset and Compliance team, delivering responsive, high-quality service while supporting investment, compliance, maintenance and improvement work across our homes.

Reporting to the Senior Asset and Compliance Lead, you will build relationships with customers, coordinate communications, and work with contractors to drive improvements and ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, customer services, property maintenance or related environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and stay organised.
• Customer-focused approach to service delivery and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Support the delivery of planned works, investment programmes, compliance activity and property improvement projects.
• Coordinate customer communications, appointments, access arrangements and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to support delivery and monitoring.
• Undertake inspections, visits and engagement to improve service delivery.
• Work closely with contractors and colleagues to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.
• Use customer feedback and inspections to identify improvements and prevent repeat problems.
• Support proactive, customer-centred access and engagement around works.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, customer satisfaction and asset performance.
