Job summary

Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Senior Asset and Compliance Lead to drive asset management, compliance and landlord health & safety across our homes and assets. You will report to the Asset Manager and lead a team to ensure inspections, servicing, certification and evidence are completed on time.

You will promote a strong safety culture, manage contractor relationships and contribute to reliable asset data and decision making.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in property, housing, compliance or asset management.
• Experience in service environments such as housing, repairs or health and safety.
• Understanding of safe, reliable, customer-focused service delivery in housing/compliance.
• Ability to use information to identify risks, trends and improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of asset management, compliance and landlord health & safety across Clyde Valley Group homes and assets.
• Provide operational leadership across gas, electrical safety, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, lifts and other health & safety obligations.
