We have an exciting opportunity to join an established team as an Assessor/coach who are NMC or AHP registered within our Faculty of Education, working across all sites. Apprenticeships are increasingly important to the Trust,and youwill work as part of the Apprenticeship Delivery Team to run this service to meet the Trust's 5-year business plan.
The Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role focussing on planning and deliveryof our clinical Apprenticeships training programmes, mainly at level 2 and level 3.
You Will work with a diverse range of internalcolleagues in clinical areasto create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress, regardless of where they work in the Trust or the job they do.
