Job summary

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Assessor/Coach within the Faculty of Education. You will work across all sites to plan and deliver clinical Apprenticeships training mainly at level 2 and 3, coordinating on-programme elements and ensuring timely progression for staff across the Trust.

Joining the Apprenticeship Delivery Team, you will map mandatory training into the Apprenticeship, deliver group sessions as needed, and maintain regular contact with

Qualifications

• NMC or AHP registration mandatory.
• Experience in clinical education or apprenticeship delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver clinical Apprenticeships at levels 2 and 3.
• Coordinate on-programme elements and collect evidence portfolios.
• Map mandatory training into Apprenticeships to capture knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Deliver group teaching sessions when required.
• Manage learner journeys and ensure timelines (registration, qualifications, gateway, EPA) are met.
• Hold regular reviews with line managers to track progress and set targets.
