Job summary

Qualifications

• Registration with NMC or as an AHP is essential.
• Experience delivering apprenticeship programs or training.
• Ability to plan and coordinate apprenticeship pathways.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead Technical Trainer to devise individual programmes.
• Coordinate on-programme elements and collect evidence portfolios.
• Ensure mandatory training is mapped into apprenticeships and knowledge captured.
• Coordinate delivery of group teaching sessions as required.
• Manage learner journey and meet timelines (registration, qualifications, gateway, EPA).
• Meet with line managers regularly to review progress and set targets.
