Job summary

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is seeking a candidate to lead the development of regulated assessments for housing apprenticeships, defining strategies that meet regulatory requirements and leveraging technology to improve learner experience.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-department teams to set standards, ensure compliance, and design a fit-for-purpose online assessment offer. Closing date and interviews will be announced.

Qualifications

• Experience developing regulated assessments from scratch.
• Strong understanding of assessment principles.
• Interest in using technology to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts and other business areas.

• To manage the development of assessments for housing apprenticeship assessment.
• To set and uphold the standard for housing qualification assessment.
• To ensure CIH assessment products and services are developed and delivered in compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements.
