Job summary

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) invites applications for an Assessment Development Officer to join our team. This role focuses on developing housing apprenticeship assessments and creating high-quality materials in compliance with regulatory standards.

Reporting to the assessment lead, you will define strategies, collaborate with subject matter experts, and design an online assessment offer that supports learners and maintains CIH’s quality standards. 35 hours per week, hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience developing regulated assessments from the ground up.
• Ability to document strategies meeting regulatory requirements.
• Interest in using technology to improve efficiency and learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of assessments for housing apprenticeship assessment.
• Set and uphold standards for housing qualification assessment.
• Ensure CIH assessment products meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Design a fit-for-purpose online assessment offer.
